All order within the Benelux and France will be delivered by postNL.
Order online at our online shop – it’s not necessary to login or register as a new customer. Ordering is anonymous and your personal information will only be used to ensure proper handling and will not be disclosed to anybody. The advantage of registering as a customer, however, is that you don’t need to fill your details in the next order. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation email and your order history are always available for online viewing afterwards when you have logged in as a registered customer on the website.
Order by e-mail
If you have problems placing the order online you can us an e-mail with the items you want to order and your (address) data. We will send you a confirmation of the order. Mail your order now to email@example.com . You can always contact us to check the status of your order. We strive to answer all emails within 24 hours.
We strive to ship your goods within 1 day after receiving your payment (Sundays and holidays reserved). If the delivery cannot be guaranteed, this will always be stated in the product information. All items we offer on our website, should be available. It can happen that a product is unexpectedly not in stock. In that case you will hear this on time.
